  How can we reduce the temperature when designing an inductor?



Engineers specifically analyzed the analysis and found that there are two aspects.

 

One is that the resistivity of the wire is large, and the other is that the iron loss is slightly larger.


What is the solution to overheating?


1. The coil diameter needs to be increased to reduce the line resistance.

2. Adjust the core column, the effect is obvious and objective.


If these two methods do not reach the ideal temperature, then there is a way to do it.


3. Replace the appropriate core and core materials, such as high permeability, low loss materials, so that you can reduce the number of turns of the coil, reduce the copper loss, and reduce the core iron loss 1 . In order to achieve the purpose of reducing temperature.
