Inductive pin black foot causes and solutions

Inductor often has many problems in soldering. If one is not handled properly, it will cause other problems. For example, if the pin is black when the inductor is soldered, if the reason is not clear, even a solution is useless. This article explains .

The pin only exists in the plug inductor.

When the plug-in inductor is soldered, the required temperature needs to be 400-420 degrees soldering feet, and 420 degrees or less will produce black feet. However, if black feet appear, you need to find a suitable solution.

The plug-in inductor pin black reason:

There is a problem with flux

Scratches before soldering

Needle script body tin plating oxidation

The glue after burning was stuck on the stitches.

Waste residue stuck on the pins

Plug-in inductor pin black feet solution:

Plug-in inductance pin black oxide, re-welding. This should be caused by a long storage time or a bad preservation environment.

Oxidized black can only be scraped off the oxide layer re-welding or using chemical agents to oxide, once again on the tin.

Oxidation of the product may occur because the incoming material is stored for too long or the raw material is used poorly, or the product may have been produced. After being processed into a finished product, the storage condition is good or the storage temperature and humidity control is not good, and it may be stored. Over time, the product will have a certain amount of oxidation products. This must be controlled from two aspects: first, incoming materials inspection, and soldering, spot inspection, and detection of good solder coverage, and second, production flux, the use of flux may also be the cause of poor products, such as flux residues After soldering, there is still liquid, which will absorb the moisture in the air to cause oxidation. The soldered product should be stored dry and kept at room temperature under constant temperature and humidity conditions. After a certain period of time, it must be sampled and then shipped again.
