Inductive reactance characteristics of chip inductors

The inductive reactance of the chip inductor is related to two factors:

 

The inductance L of the chip inductor and the frequency of the AC current flowing through the chip inductor

 

The inductive reactance formula of the chip inductor is as follows:

XL=2πFL

Where XL is the inductive reactance of the chip inductor:

f is the frequency of the alternating current flowing through the chip inductor;

L is the inductance of the chip inductor.

 

Through this calculation formula, the relationship between inductive reactance, inductance and frequency can be further understood.

 

When the alternating current passes through the chip inductor, the influence of the inductive reactance on the alternating current is similar to the resistance of the resistor to the current, so the inductive reactance of the chip inductor can be equivalently understood as "resistance" when analyzing the circuit.

 

The "resistance" in the equivalent circuit is related to the frequency and inductance, so it is a special inductive "resistance". Such an equivalent understanding is equivalent to the equivalent understanding in the capacitive circuit described above, which facilitates the analysis of the inductive circuit.
