Why is the chip power inductor selected like this?


The chip power inductor is mainly composed of three main materials: a magnetic core, a magnetic cover and a copper wire. The magnetic core is mainly made of ferrite which is sintered at a high temperature by components such as iron-manganese-zinc and nickel-zinc having high magnetic permeability. The copper wire that makes up the coil is also extremely important. Copper wire is generally divided into enamelled copper, copper clad aluminum and so on. 1. Select a magnetic core ring with high magnetic permeability


Selecting a magnetic core ring with manganese and nickel core material with high magnetic permeability, the magnetic saturation of the chip power inductor is better, and the magnetic leakage is low, the resistance is very small, the rated power is high, and the power loss is minimized. Tend to zero;


2, the use of pure copper wire with high temperature resistance


Select the copper wire with high temperature resistance relative to the circuit temperature, reduce the impact of the instantaneous current change on the circuit, and ensure the whole circuit is guaranteed.
